Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
- Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- All original tags, including the security tag, must be intact and unbroken. Returns with a broken or removed security tag will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- Return shipping cost will be borne by GIAW.
To raise a return request, contact us at business@giaw.in or DM us on Instagram @giaw.in with your order details and photos. Refunds will be processed to your source bank account within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
- Only 1 size exchange is allowed per item.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- All original tags, including the security tag, must be intact and unbroken. Items with a broken or removed security tag will not be accepted for exchange under any circumstances.
- A valid reason is required for all exchange requests.

Failed Pickup
Our courier partner will attempt pickup up to 3 times. If pickup is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, please self-ship the product to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, we will credit ₹100 towards your shipping cost. Please share your shipping receipt along with your request.
